It is important for each woman to remember the importance of allowing the Earth's energy to pass through to the uterus, the center of power.

• Comfortable clothes, towel, swimsuit and an extra change.
• Don't forget your mat, mat, cushion, pillow or chair!
• You can bring fruit or seeds to share at the end of the event.
